Report a difference in prayer times with the city, date, and affected prayer. The Mwaqt team can review the data and improve how the times are displayed.

Guidelines for a Useful Report

  • Specify the city, country, and date precisely.
  • State the time displayed on the site and the time you believe is correct.
  • Cite the source of the correct information (official calendar, mosque, approved app, ministerial decision...).
  • If the difference is only a few minutes, it may be due to calculation methodology or minute rounding - check the methodology page first.
  • Anonymous reports are accepted, but providing an email helps us ask for clarification if needed.

What Happens After Submission?

  1. Report received and logged in the review system.
  2. Comparison with internal Umm al-Qura calculation and official tables.
  3. Verification of the provided source.
  4. If error confirmed: data updated and reporter notified (if email provided).
  5. If difference is within adopted methodology: reason explained to reporter.
